Communication is the foundation for any successful project. The construction and remodeling process is full of unknowns around every corner. A project manager’s responsibility is to organize the many moving pieces throughout the construction process whilst keeping all parties informed.
Having worked as my own project manager residential flips, I learned the importance of budgeting, invoicing, sourcing materials and interviewing/hiring subcontractors.
I am currently seeking Austin area investors to partner with on residential, commercial or multi-family projects.
